For your convenience, payments are divided into two components:
1. Hotel Accommodations: Paid directly to Domaine de Manville through the retreat's designated hotel reservation process.
2. Conference & Retreat Experience Fee: Paid directly to Total Renaissance Wellness (TRW), covering your included retreat programming, dining experiences, wellness activities, and curated experientials.

Step 1 — Secure Your Retreat Registration
A $1,200 nonrefundable registration payment is required to reserve your place.
This payment is applied toward your $4,000 TRW Conference & Retreat Experience Fee. It is included in your total retreat investment and is not an additional charge.
Once your registration payment is received, you will receive confirmation of your participation along with specific instructions for securing your hotel accommodations.
Step 2 — Secure Your Hotel Accommodations
Following your confirmed registration, our retreat team will provide the designated reservation instructions for Domaine de Manville.
All retreat participants must reserve their accommodations through the reservation process provided by Total Renaissance Wellness.
Participants may not independently book their rooms outside this designated process and have those reservations recognized as part of the hosted retreat.
This process allows us to coordinate room assignments, confirm retreat participation, and maintain our negotiated group accommodations.
Hotel payments will be made directly to Domaine de Manville according to the property's payment and cancellation requirements.
Please Note: All retreat pricing reflects a complete retreat package, not the cost of the hotel room alone and includes the accommodations and retreat experiences outlined above. All pricing is listed per person. For Double Occupancy accommodations, the price shown is the amount each guest pays individually and is not a total room price to be divided between two guests.
For Solo/Private Occupancy accommodations, the price shown is the total retreat package investment for one guest to enjoy the room privately, with no roommate.
FLEXIBLE OPTIONS
We understand that everyone plans their investments differently, so we are pleased to offer several ways to complete your TRW retreat investment.
Pay In Full
You are welcome to pay your entire $4,000 Conference & Retreat Experience Fee at registration.
This amount includes the $1,200 nonrefundable registration portion.
Your hotel accommodations will be reserved and paid separately through the designated hotel process.
Two Payments
Pay 50% of your total retreat package investment at registration, with the remaining 50% due by January 10, 2027.

Important Payment Information
The initial $1,200 nonrefundable registration payment is included in the $4,000 Conference & Retreat Experience Fee, leaving a balance of $2,800 payable in three installments.
The Conference & Retreat Experience Fee is the same for all participants, regardless of accommodation category. Hotel accommodations are paid separately and directly to Domaine de Manville.
All TRW payments must be completed by February 15, 2027.For clarity, the initial registration payment is applied directly toward your total fee. The three subsequent installments total $2,800, completing your $4,000 Conference & Retreat Experience investment.
Because the TRW fee is the same for all participants, this payment schedule applies to every accommodation category.
Participants registering after an installment date will receive an adjusted payment schedule requiring any previously scheduled installments at registration.
All TRW Conference & Retreat Experience payments must be completed by February 15, 2027. No payments will be accepted by TRW after this date.
Hotel payments are separate and follow the hotel's own payment schedule.
PayPal Pay Later: Eligible participants may explore PayPal Pay Later at checkout for payments processed by TRW. Financing approval, repayment terms, and any applicable interest are determined by PayPal. Availability for hotel payments is determined separately by the hotel.
Important: January 10 Hotel Room-Block Release
We have secured special group accommodation rates for our Provence retreat.
Our reserved hotel room block will be released on January 10, 2027.
To secure your preferred accommodations at the negotiated group rates, you must complete your retreat registration and reserve your accommodations through our designated hotel process before this date.
What happens if you register after January 10?
We would still love to welcome you!
Participants who register after January 10, 2027, may still secure a place in the retreat, subject to remaining retreat capacity and hotel availability.
However, following the release of our room block:
- Special group accommodation rates will no longer be guaranteed.
- Hotel reservations will be subject to the property's prevailing rates, which are expected to be higher.
- Room categories and availability cannot be guaranteed by Total Renaissance Wellness or the retreat organizers.
- All accommodations must still be coordinated through the reservation process provided by our retreat team.
Please note: The advertised retreat investment totals above reflect the negotiated hotel rates. Participants registering after January 10 may have a higher total investment because of changes in hotel pricing. The applicable hotel rate will be communicated before the accommodation reservation is finalized.
*We strongly encourage early registration to secure the best available rate and your preferred room category.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Our retreat is intentionally intimate, with many experiences, meals, accommodations, and services reserved or arranged well in advance. We recognize that plans can change and want our cancellation policy to be clear and transparent.
The initial $1,200 registration payment is nonrefundable, except where required by law or under the organizer-cancellation provisions below.
The following cancellation policy applies specifically to payments made to Total Renaissance Wellness for the Conference & Retreat Experience.
Cancellations on or before January 10, 2027
Participants who cancel in writing on or before January 10, 2027, may receive a refund of TRW payments made beyond the initial $1,200 nonrefundable registration payment, less a $250 administrative processing fee.
Cancellations January 11 – February 14, 2027
Participants who cancel during this period may receive a 50% refund of TRW payments made beyond the initial $1,200 nonrefundable registration payment, less a $250 administrative processing fee.
Cancellations on or after February 15, 2027
No refunds of TRW Conference & Retreat Experience payments will be issued for participant cancellations received on or after February 15, 2027, except where required by law.
Administrative fees will be deducted only from otherwise refundable amounts and will not create an additional amount owed.
Hotel Accommodations & Refunds
Because hotel accommodations are reserved and paid directly through Domaine de Manville, all hotel deposits, cancellation deadlines, and refunds are governed by the hotel's separate reservation policies.
Total Renaissance Wellness does not administer or guarantee hotel refunds. Participants are responsible for reviewing the hotel's cancellation and payment terms before completing their reservations.
Additional Terms
1. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
2. Retreat registrations are nontransferable unless specifically approved in writing by the retreat organizers.
3. Failure to complete required TRW payments by February 15, 2027, may result in cancellation of retreat participation, subject to the applicable cancellation policy and law.
4. No refunds or credits will be provided for voluntary late arrivals, early departures, or unused retreat activities, except where required by law.
5. If Total Renaissance Wellness cancels the retreat, participants will receive a full refund of payments collected by TRW for the canceled experience. Hotel payments will be subject to the hotel's refund terms and applicable law. TRW will not reimburse independently purchased airfare or other personal travel expenses, except where required by law.
Travel Insurance is STRONGLY encouraged
We cannot emphasize this enough: please protect your investment with comprehensive travel insurance.
Unexpected illness, family emergencies, travel disruptions, or unforeseen circumstances can affect even the most carefully planned trip.
Because our retreat has nonrefundable fees, specific cancellation deadlines, and separate hotel reservation requirements, we strongly encourage coverage for trip cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies, and travel delays.
